Capt. (I.N.) Deepak Raj, Veteran
Founder & Director
Capt. (I.N.) Deepak Raj is a distinguished Indian Navy submariner with over 26 years of service. He has commanded two naval units and sailed internationally, including the Cape to Rio 2017 and the Kochi to Goa Offshore Race commemorating India’s 75th Independence.
Now focused on boutique hospitality and yacht chartering, he brings naval precision and a global vision to Bayview. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club. .
Rashi Raj
Co-Founder & CEO
With 12+ years of experience in the service industry, Rashi Raj has held leadership roles including General Manager – Sales at a club management software MNC in Mumbai.
She launched successful fashion brands UrbanAsmi and UrbanCircus, and founded SeaSalt Wellness Spa in Visakhapatnam. She has served as a Fitness Coach for Naval Families and is a key leader in BNI, driving business growth and community networking.
In 2025, she received the Best Hospitality Influencer Award in Goa from a leading women-focused TV channel.
